 About Waterpointe I.... Minimize

Waterpointe I is a direct oceanfront condominium complex built in the mid 1980's.  Each unit consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.  That is where the similarities stop.  Each unit is privately owned and maintained by individuals and your vacation experience may vary greatly from unit to unit.  We use this condo for our own vacations.  Our goal is to have a nice vacation home that we can share with others who also respect private property and family values.

I invite you to take a tour of this website to find out information about our vacation home. We do not pretend that the unit is something it is not.  We price it fairly.  We want you to enjoy your vacation.

NOTE:  Waterpointe I recently had maintenance performed on it that consisted of re-sealing the building.  During this process, the pink color of the building was changed to a light tan color with a darker accent stripe at the top.  This building is no longer PINK.

 Why Waterpointe I? Minimize

Direct Ocean Front - Don't hassle with crossing the street to reach the beach.  Enjoy the beach from the balcony as you wake up each glorious morning.

Easy to Find - Whether you are walking along the beach or driving on Ocean Blvd, Waterpointe I is easy to spot. 

Ocean Front Pools - All pools (Outdoor, Indoor, Kiddie, and Hot Tub) are ocean front so that the marvelous view of the Atlantic Ocean is only a glance away.

Location, Location, Location - Waterpointe I is located in the south end of the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach.  Shopping, Dining, and Entertainment are nearby at Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Restaurant Row, Colonial Mall (formerly Briarcliff Mall), and a short drive to the freshest seafood Calabash has to offer.

Security - Access to the Building is restricted via locks and security cameras are located in key areas of the common areas.  The parking areas are well-lit as are the pools.

Few steps - For those who have limited mobility, Waterpointe I is perfect.  You can go from the parking areas to the lobby to the pools without encountering steps.

Two Elevators - Many other buildings near this size only have one elevator. There are two recently remodeled elevators at this property.

Parking - Waterpointe I has 2 parking spots/unit covering its three parking areas.  A proper Parking Permit is required during your stay to ensure that each unit can park up to two cars.  There is no need to drive in cricles in a parking deck at Waterpointe I.

FREE Wi-Fi in the Lobby - Take a break from surfing the waves to surf the net in our relaxing lobby.

Beach Lifeguard - During the summer months, a lifeguard station is located right at Waterpointe I.  Feel safe as you and your kids enjoy the ocean.  These lifeguard stations also offer Beach Umbella and Beach Chair rentals positioned directly in front of Waterpointe I.  Go ahead relax and enjoy the beach from an unbrella and beach chair set up for you each morning.

White Point Swash - Take a relaxing walk to the south and you'll soon find White Point Swash (Near Ocean Creek).  This is a great place to find shells and perhaps experience a little sea life.  Just a little furhter inland on the swash, you'll find people fishing.

Space!  - With the cut-out area above the Fireplace for the TV, there is extra room for the entire family.

Wireless Internet Access in Unit 403 - Enjoy Secured Wi-Fi Internet Access from the comfort of Unit 403.  Once the final payment is received, you will recieve that key to the internet access available from Unit 403.

TVs in Every Bedroom! - This is the ONLY unit at Waterpointe I with a Color/Cable TV in each Bedroom.  Wall mounted flat panel LCD TVs were recently installed in March 2007.  There is a total of 4 Color Cable TVs in this unit.  DVD/VCR Player is located in the Living Room wile the Master Bedroom is also equipped with a VCR.

Steps Away - Staying on the 4th floor offers the option of easily taking the steps instead f the dual elevators.

Easy to Clean - Tiled entry way, witchen, and wetbar area makes cleaning a breeze!

Non-Smoking Policy - This unit is designated as non-smoking.  If you must smoke, please use the balcony.

Washer/Dryer - The Washer/Dryer unit is in the kitchen to freshen-up your towels or get laundry done before the end of your vacation.

Well-Maintained - We use this unit ourselves for our vacations - we make sure things work.
